If you're not happy with any item, just return the unused portion in it's container within 30 days of purchase, and we'll refund the amount you paid for it, exclusive of shipping and handling charges.

How To Make A Return:

Call us at 817-731-1148 during business hours (Weekdays 9:00 - 5:00 CT)

Request a Return Authorization Number. Please try to have your "Customer Number." and the pertinent "Order Number" ready when you call, and tell us your zip code. This will greatly expedite the transaction.

When you send the merchandise back, please include the Return Authorization Number on the package. This will enable us to process it quickly.

(We cannot make refunds without receiving the product returned.)
