Oriental Herbs in OLEDA Restorative Hair Color Helpers help to stimulate the
production of the body’s hair pigment, which decreases as we age. The lack
of pigment cells in a hair follicle produces “transparent” hair with
little or no color, causing it to appear gray, silver or white. As pigment cells
fail one by one, “transparent” hair appears one by one, creating
that salt and pepper look, until the hair finally becomes totally “transparent’ (gray,
silver or white). However, while the production of hair pigment becomes dormant,
its building blocks, melanoocytes and melanosomes are always present, available
to be stimulated.
Each hair follicle contains melanin, the pigment that determines the hair’s
color. The range of color, from blond to brown to black, is determined by the
number, size and color of the pigment granules. At about age 30 in men and
35 in women, production of pigment cells declines, and then, later, can cease
altogether. OLEDA Restorative Hair Color Helpers formula overcomes this genetically
based tendency by stimulating melanocytes and melanosomes, helping to increase
the body’s ability to produce melanin pigment, restoring natural color
to the hair.
How well will this product restore YOUR hair color? Each person’s results
are as individual as the shades of hair color among the world’s humans,
as well as thickness and skin color shade. Some people may experience complete
restoration, some just a little; and the timing varies as well. Results might
not be noticeable for 2 or 3 months. However many men and women have reported
success in restoring their hair color to varying degrees through the use of
formulas such as this.
Ingredients:
Polygonum Multiflorum (Ho Shou Wu). First recorded in Chinese medicine in
713 AD, this herb is used to improve the cardiovascular system, enhance immune
functions, slow degeneration of glands, improve sexual functions, expand life
expectancy and increase antioxidant activity. In addition, it has been used
extensively to restore hair color and increase hair growth. Chinese medical
theories believe that the condition of the hair is an indication of the body’s
internal system.
Eclipta Prostrata (Han Lien Tsao). Chinese herb used for rejuvenating hair
and restoring color.
Poria Cocos Cortex (Fu Ling). Used to enhance the synergistic effects of the
formula. It is known to regulate the metabolism of body fluids and strengthen
the bladder and kidney function.
Hydrocoyle Asiatica (Di Chien Taso). Long reputed as a potent Chinese longevity
herb and brain tonic, used for hair loss and anti-aging. Studies have shown
that it improves cerebral microcirculation.
Suggested use: Take 1 or 2 caplets 3 times a day before meals. Take for 3
months in full dose, and then reduce in half. Since this formula is a mild
tonic and acts slowly, results may not be noticeable for 2 – 3 months.
