Use very little of this concentrated conditioner. For a quick treatment: Wash hair - rinse - put a dab of Spotlight on - rub into hair and rinse right off. For a heavier treatment: Towel dry hair after washing and then apply Spotlight. Let sit for 1 or 2 minutes and rinse off well. You'll love the new texture and look of your hair.
