Why is a Powder Blush rouge
necessary when you have already used a Cream Rouge? Well…I’ll
tell you! Cream
rouge is applied under
powder…it
blends smoothly onto the skin or foundation and stays on all day. You cannot
adjust or add cream rouge over powder, if it should become necessary. Sometimes,
during the day, I take a quick look in the mirror and feel I need a touch more
color. So I get out my trusty POWDERED Rouge and give it a quick brush.
Powder Blush
is also great to add
more color for evening wear, when more might be needed. There is no iridescence
in this rouge, as iridescence or shine actually plays up wrinkles and skin
imperfections. Colors are muted for a flattering, most delicate, natural
look.
How to apply Powder Blusher: Apply powder blusher with a soft, clean makeup brush
anywhere you have applied the cream rouge. Anytime you feel you need a little
more color during the day or night, just brush a little on. Don’t
forget to wash your brush once in a while….it really
helps the blusher to go on more evenly.
