Combination Eyebrow Pencil & EyeLiner Pencil

Same special pencil can be used on your eyebrows and eyelids...it's never been so easy!

State-of-the-art creamy textured, soft enough formula glides on the lids smoothly yet is firm enough to do justice for beautiful natural looking eyebrows. No soft lead and no tugging or pulling.

No Mistake Intsructions:

Use for Eyebrows: First choose the correct color to enhance your natural color. In applying eyebrow pencil, use short, light, upward, quick strokes for each “hair,”allowing them to blend together. Never draw the pencil through the whole eyebrow in one stroke. (Use an upward/outward motion) Keep your eyebrows as natural looking as possible.
Final and very important step: Once eyebrows are completed, powder over them very lightly against the direction of the hair. This will give them a softer, more natural look. Then, with two fingers, brush upward toward the forehead to remove excess powder and restore the hair to its natural position. You could buy an eyebrow brush for this purpose, but your fingers are just as good—and faster.

Use for Eye Liner: Apply Eye Liner from one corner of the upper eyelid all the way to the other corner making sure that the line is lighter and softer as you get closer toward the nose. This gives the eye a softer, more open look. Stopping too short toward the nose makes the eyes appear smaller and does not give a finished look. You can smudge the liner a little if you like if you want a softer look. For the lower lids lightly make small dot like marks into the base of your eyelashes. Starting on the outside of the bottom lid apply the eyeliner pencil on only 2/3 of the lids. Do not bring lower eyeliner too close toward the nose.
