Your Personal Makeup Kit Guide
Oleda’s Helpful Guide in Choosing A Makeup Kit For Your
Special
Coloring and For The Beautiful Look You Want.
All Oleda makeup product colors have some earth tones in them so they are
mostly interchangeable with other Oleda makeup product colors. The exception is
choosing colors for the Foundation and Powder. Here you should not stray too far
from your natural skin tone – a shade one way or the other is usually OK.
(Don’t go much darker with Foundation.)
The color of your hair is not a major factor when choosing makeup colors,
except when selecting the colors of your eyebrow pencils. Eyebrows should blend
in somewhat with the tone of your hair. Light to medium color hair, for example,
should use light to medium color eyebrow pencils…never black.
I also suggest that only dark skin tones use black eyeliner…on lighter skin
black appears too strong and detracts from the beauty of the entire face. (Can use charcoal gray or dark brown.)
On dark skin tones
black glamorizes and helps
brings out the beauty of the entire face.
These Kits include colors that you can wear everyday for
anything-anywhere-year round. If you want a different look for evening, or for a
special occasion, you can substitute other colors. For example just because you
select Kit #1 for the pale look does not mean you could not wear Porsche Red
Lipstick or a little darker rouge at times when you just feel like having a
different look.
