Recommendations:  All skin tone colors from Light to Very Dark should use only this Dark Brown. Apply it on very thinly and sparingly for lighter skin tones, and for dark skin tones apply a little heavier. This product is amazingly perfect for both light to dark skin tones…you’ll see.  For a softer look use Eye Liner Pencil on your lower eyelids
