How do I register on
your Web site?
You are not required to register as a customer unless
you are placing an order. To place an order, select product(s)
into your Shopping Bag, and click the Check Out button,

How do I update my
account information?
Click on Customer Service in the menu on the left, then
click Your Account Information. Then, after your sign in
using the e-mail address and password currently on file,
follow the link to make any changes you wish.
I cannot put products
in the Shopping Bag.
To distinguish your Shopping Bag and to retain your selected
products, our Web site has to communicate with your computer.
This is harmless, and has no other effect than to recognize
your shopping activity for a single session. Please, make
sure that your PC is able to accept this communication.
- Verify that you have administrative rights over your PC.
- Verify your internet Privacy/Security settings. Confirm
that your PC is able to accept fist party cookies.
- If you have accessed the oleda.com Web site
through your e-mail program, it is possible that your e-mail
provider doesn't allow full access to our Web site. Please,
exit your e-mail screen, and go to www.oleda.com using a

I try to register,
but the message says that my e-mail address already exists.
It means that the e-mail address you tried to register is
already in the database. You only need
to register
as a New Customer ONCE. If you already went through our one-step
registration process, you don’t need to do it again.
But you don’t need to register in order to place an order. You may proceed as a guest, however unless you register, you will be able to access your order and address history.

I put some products
in the Shopping Bag, but when I came back to the Web site,
the Shopping Bag was empty. Why?
If you are away from the Oleda® Web site (or, technically
speaking, inactive) for longer than 30 minutes, the Web site
considers your Shopping Bag to be “abandoned” and “clears” all
products selected before the inactivity. However, if you are a registered customer, you may place products on a “Wish List” to which you can return at any time.
I seem to have a problem
accessing your Secure Checkout Page.
