While you are in the tub soaking, you are also doing something very important
for your entire body. (Which is why I always take a tub bath.) As the day goes

organs, your mind and spirit, get out of place. Soaking in a warm tub of water

Well it is…I have “soaked” all my life for this reason…if
I “shower” it’s only because there is no tub!
