How To Order OLEDA Products

When Will [Product] Be Back In Stock?

If you are running low or completely out of a favorite OLEDA product since our previous clearance sale and warehouse transfer, we understand you want to know how soon it will be available again.

Below is an list of priority items for new manufacturing and re-stocking, based on how many customer requests and positive product reviews we receive for out-of-stock items.

If the product you want is not on that list, please use the green 'notify me when available' button on the relevant product page.

Pre-Order Out-Of-Stock Items

Oleda is currently working on new and improved formulas for your favorite and trusted products! These products will be in our warehouses soon, so please place your pre-orders so we can rush your order to you in priority once they arrive.

You can ensure we prioritize the re-formulation and re-stock of your favourite OLEDA products by using the pre-order feature as follows.

On any product page that shows we are currently out-of-stock, click the button that says 'Email me when in-stock' to pre-order the item without making payment.


On the next page simply enter your email and you will then be notified the minute that product comes into stock so that you can place your order.


This will allow us to prioritize our research and reformulation efforts as well as the manufacturing process (sourcing the best ingredients for OLEDA products is not always easy!).

Any items that show 'in-stock' can now be ordered for immediate shipment (see below for placing your order).

Placing Your Order

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please note that a 2$ processing fee may occur in some cases for Credit Card orders. This depends on the credit card issuing bank.

From your shopping cart page click the PayPal button as shown:


If you do not have a PayPal account, you will see an option as highlighted in pink below:



You can then enter your credit card details using PayPal’s secure payment form. You will be directed back to the Oleda store to confirm your shipping address and complete your order.

Sales Tax & Claims

State Tax where appropriate will be automatically added to the total amount of your order, including shipping charges (state law).

Overpayments: Over $2.00 refunded in gift certificate. Under $2.00 donated to Humane Society.

In the unlikely event we make a mistake and send you the wrong product; or, if there’s a shortage in your delivery; or some other discrepancy, please report such errors within 48 hours after receipt.

Unconditional Guarantee:

Any product you purchase from us carries a 30-day guarantee of satisfaction. If you’re not happy with any item, for any reason, you can return whatever is left or, if all is used up, the empty container. We will refund every penny of the purchase price (shipping and handling excluded). You prove every product before you decide to keep it.
